NUJS Emerges as the Runners-Up Team at The 2nd TNNLU Mediation Arbitration Competition.

In yet another phenomenal achievement in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution, The NUJS team comprising Laksh Kawatra and Adya Bajpai from the Class of 2024 emerged as the Runners Up Team at the 2nd TNNLU Mediation Arbitration Competition.

TNNLU NMAC is one of the few competitions focusing on the hybrid variety of Mediation and Arbitration (Med-Arb) under the umbrella of Alternative Dispute Resolution. In this competition, the parties initially try to resolve their disputes through mediation based on an agreed covenant and then through arbitration. The theme for this year's edition of the competition was Sports Med-Arb.
