NUJS qualifies to the world rounds of the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot 2020.

In an amazing achievement in the field of mooting the team comprising of Harshita Tripathi, Aniket Tiwari, Ishita Mundhra, Kabir Saund, and Rupal Dugar have broken into the world rounds of the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot 2020 after qualifying in the regional rounds held in Delhi.

The regional round of the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court was hosted by NILS at the Luthra and Luthra office, Delhi. The moot is the oldest and arguably the most prestigious student competition in the area of investment protection law. It focuses on the oral presentation of legal arguments before an arbitral tribunal composed of specialists in the field during a one week final event which takes place in early or mid-March of every year. The moot court competition aims at not only helping the participating students to acquire solid knowledge of international law and improve their advocacy skills but also wants to “infect” students with a passion for legal history and an understanding of the sophistication of law and economy throughout history.

We congratulate the team on this heartwarming achievement and wish them the very best for the world rounds of the competition.
