NUJS emerges as a finalist in 4th edition of The National Alternate Dispute Resolution Competition

In a significant development in the field of competitive alternate dispute resolution the team comprising of Anshul Dalmia and Divyansh Sharma from the Class of 2022 has emerged as the finalists in the Client counselling rounds of the 4th edition of The National Alternate Dispute Resolution Competition, 2018 held between the 13th December 2018 and the 15th December 2018 in the School of Law, Christ, Bangalore.


The 4th edition of The National Alternate Dispute Resolution Competition, 2018 was a flagship event of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board (ADR) of School of Law, Christ, Bangalore. The competition aims at bringing like minded individuals with a distinct interest in Alternate Dispute Resolution through a competitive simulation of Negotiation, Mediation and Client Counselling.

Apart from emerging as the finalists, Shantanu Awasthi from the Class of 2022 was awarded the 2nd best mediator. Devisha and Diyasha from the Class of 2022 ranked 3rd in the mediated negotiation competition.


We congratulate the contingent for the amazing display of talent and wish them the very best. The NUJS Alternate Dispute Resolution Society would also like to thank Ms. Sampa Karmakar for being the strength being taking the society to greater heights.
